  • Domain Registration and Management.

Additional services include eCommerce, Elementor hosting, and custom deployments.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Unauthorized Access: Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Fees and Charges: All fees are detailed in the pricing plans. Payments are due in advance.
  • Billing Cycles: Discounts such as "Save 75% with 12/mo" apply to annual billing cycles.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our refund policy (refer to our Refund Policy page).
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities, including spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
  • Hosting content that violates intellectual property laws or promotes hate speech.
  • Activities that compromise server security or degrade network performance.

6. Service Availability

  • Uptime: While we aim to provide 99.9% uptime, occasional maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.
  • Maintenance: We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. Emergency maintenance may be conducted without notice.

7. Security and Privacy

  • Data Protection: We employ industry-standard measures to safeguard your data.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for securing your website files and maintaining backups.

8. Termination of Services

  • By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the client portal.
  • By the Company: We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations, or activities that harm our infrastructure.
  • Data Retrieval: Upon termination, we are not responsible for retaining or providing access to customer data.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranties: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period.
  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
